Meet Daniel

Daniel attended West Virginia University and completed his undergraduate degree in Business Administration, graduating summa cum laude.  Following graduation, Daniel attended the West Virginia University College of Law.

Daniel is currently a Member with the law firm of Pullin, Fowler, Flanagan, Brown & Poe, PLLC in Beckley, West Virginia, and he is running to be the next Circuit Court Judge in Raleigh County.

Over the past eleven years, Daniel has represented state and local government entities, law enforcement, businesses and individuals in all manners of civil litigation across the state and in both federal districts of West Virginia.  In addition to his civil practice, Daniel has litigated criminal matters and matters pertaining to child abuse and neglect in Raleigh County. 

Outside of the courtroom, Daniel has devoted his time to the improvement of his community and his state. Daniel currently serves on the West Virginia State Bar Unlawful Practice of Law Committee, the West Virginia Real Estate Appraisal Licensing and Certification Board, the Beckley-Raleigh County Chamber of Commerce, and he was a past member of the Board of Directors for Just for Kids, Inc.

Daniel will be the type of judge that the law requires, one who is fair and impartial to all who appear before the Court.  Daniel is known to be hard-working, fair, experienced, and he maintains a calm temperament that will serve him well as a judge. By electing Daniel as the next Raleigh County Circuit Court Judge, you are ensuring that each individual appearing before him will be treated with fairness, respect, and each case will be decided impartially based on the law. 

In his personal life, Daniel and his wife, Linsey, share two beautiful daughters. In his free time, Daniel enjoys hunting, fishing, cooking, impromptu dance parties with his daughters, and spending time with family and friends.
